Monday pickleball is less strict and focuses more on the social and fun elements of the sport to provide a supportive and light environment for all. Participants will benefit from low impact exercise that improves your balance and flexibility and nurtures your social connections. Our emphasis is on techniques taught to avoid injuries and strategic placements. Safety has our highest priority including suggested good court shoes and recommended eye protection. Racquets are available to borrow. Games are geared towards people who are wanting to play at a more leisurely pace. It is non-competitive, where overhead slams, body targeting, and back peddling are not part of this game. All levels of players are welcome and combined with new and experienced players. Suggested players have a moderate level of speed, agility and endurance.
