Pickleball for Beginners

This class is being offered as an introduction to pickleball for new participants to the sport. One objective of this class will be to teach new players the nuances of the game by combining instruction, demonstrations and drills. Topics covered include: safety, court etiquette, pickleball terminologies, game rules, scoring, etc. Topics are then reinforced and applied by the participants who will also play ‘mini games’ on the courts provided. The second objective of this class is to present this pickleball material in a fun, positive and encouraging environment. NOTE: We strongly encourage that any selected players possess and wear approved safety eye protection while participating in this class/sport.
