This is a 1-hour exercise class that is divided into two parts. Part I: consist of 5-minutes of warm-up, 20-minutes of cardio, and a 5-minute cool down. Part II: continues with a 20-minutes of a variety of strengthening and endurance exercises using different types of props (weights, bands and/or balls), finishing up with 5-minutes of balance and 5-minutes of stretches. This is a progressive program, geared towards active adults. Regular attendance is highly recommended. You will be challenged but are encouraged to work at your own pace. Alternatives/modifications will be provided always. Please consult with your physician before attending any exercise program.

Course Requirements: indoor running shoes (not worn outside), comfortable loose clothing, a bottle of water (strongly advised), bands, balls and light dumbbell weights (optional). There are no floor exercises.
