All activities are listed on the website under the Activities menu. Each activity has detailed information including: 

• activity description
• abilities required
• prerequisites
• class capacity
• location, day and time of the activity.

It is important to check that the activities you wish to register for are not scheduled at the same time and that you have enough time to move between the activities.  Please review the descriptions before you register.

The registration form will be available online. You will be asked to accurately complete personal contact information and emergency contact information (in case you require medical assistance.) Select as many activities as you would like to register for.

Once you have submitted the registration form along with your payment, you will receive a confirmation email entitled “Registration and payment confirmation” from 50+ Brockville sent to the email address you provided on the registration form.  Attached will be a copy of your registration along with your payment receipt.  The registration form includes a list of all of the activities for which you are registered.

If you wish to register in additional activities after submitting your registration form, click on the link on your confirmation email and log in with your email and password.  As long as the activity is not at full capacity, you may register in it.

If you applied to the wrong activity and want to be removed from that activity, you need to email activitymessenger@fiftyplusbrockville.ca and they will remove you. 

If you do not receive a confirmation email within an hour after submitting and you have checked your spam folder, please contact us at activitymessenger@fiftyplusbrockville.ca

Call the 50+ Office at 613-345-2412 or have a friend or relative email office@fiftyplusbrockville.ca to schedule an appointment for assistance.

Once you have selected all of your activities on your registration form, you will be directed to the payment section.

The preferred method of payment is by credit card or debit card and must be made at the time of registration.

Alternate payment arrangements must be made ahead of time by contacting the office at office@fiftyplusbrockville.ca or 613-345-2412.

The registration system is a first come first served system and therefore, there is no guarantee that you will be able to register in all the activities that you would like.

If an activity that you would like has reached capacity, you will know immediately that you are not registered in it and that you will be added to a waitlist.

If and when a spot is available, the first person on the waitlist will be notified of the opportunity to register in the class and given a time period to do so.

Failure to register in the time provided or if the person chooses not to enrol, the next person on the waitlist will be given the opportunity to register.

Most activities will begin the week of September 21st.  However, please pay attention to the emails sent to you regarding your specific activities including the activity start date.   Visit the Brockville 50+ website under the Activities menu for activity specific information.

If you received a confirmation email when you registered, then you should have received information about each of your activity selections separately. Most classes begin the week of September 21st. If you did not receive information for an activity by the beginning of classes, contact the Brockville 50+ office at 613-345-2412.
